Covid-19 Statement

To all our clients past, present and future.

We wanted to keep you up to date with the processes and procedures we are implementing at Humberstones Homes, as a temporary measure to still bring some normality to life if that is possible and continue to give you a great service in this uncertain time.

Due to the current situation with the coronavirus (Covid-19), our office on the Hagley Road West will be closed, and has been ordered by Government to close, with all our staff already working from home until further notice.

Due to Government guidelines and the lockdown that has been put into place our main priority is keeping our staff, clients, contractors, applicants and future clients safe, so we have also had to put viewings and inspections on hold also until further notice. We will, however, be offering valuations over Facetime/Skype giving you the same information we would give you if in person and prepare you for an imminent move. We can even get you on the market if you so wish so you hit the ground running when the lockdown is over.

We are still using all the available tools we have at our disposal to market properties, deal with rental maintenance queries, and will continue to respond to potential buyers & tenants leads, talk to buyers/tenants and retain potential buyers/tenants’ details. We are also currently creating virtual tours of properties, where possible, to provide another avenue to sell our properties and give potential buyers a more realistic experience of the property.

Due to our advancement in web and cloud-based technology we are able to communicate effectively with all parties as we would if we were still in the office, which really brings our hands-on approach to the fore especially when we can’t physically be hands-on! It also helps us deal with enquiries quickly and more efficiently.

In the background we are also continuing to progress sales and liaise with solicitors and mortgage companies alike in readiness for life to resume – as well as manage our landlord’s properties daily, manage rent collection and deal with any maintenance and legislative matters.
