Ian is the other half of the aforementioned business partnership having come from a corporate agency background. His ethos is very much mixing the personal side of an independent agent with the challenges of new technology and regulation. He is especially proud of completing the stringent ARLA Level 3 exams in 2018. Similarly to his business partner, he has over 26 years of experience in the industry.

The “other” Ian has been in the industry all his life working up from trainee to valuer over the years learning a lot as he went along. He says his most satisfying achievement would be sticking with a challenging job/career through a lot of adversity. He also owns the match ball from the WBA great escape game v Portsmouth 2005 signed by the players from that squad.

She is well known within the industry locally with a great reputation with her clients. She definitely works hard and plays hard and socialises more than all the staff put together. She is also a slimming world consultant, so she helps people move house and lose weight – two life-changing events.

Jane has the sole task of ensuring our managed landlords properties are well maintained and all maintenance issues are dealt with promptly with as little interference to the current tenancy as possible. She is also embarking on her ARLA Propertymark qualifications and has passed the first module of 4 recently.
