Adam Wyn-Griffiths ANAEA MARLA

Adam is one half of the partnership that has driven the business forward since 2009 with his personal highlight starting the Lettings Department from scratch in 2014 to supplement the already successful Sales Department. His favourite moment was helping a family with a disabled child sell their home and find them a new home which offered the space they needed moving forward. A strange fact is he likes to sit and watch cloud formations creating different shapes and patterns – yes seriously. And as all the staff know he likes to eat cake!

Ian King FNAEA MARLA

Ian is the other half of the aforementioned business partnership having come from a corporate agency background. His ethos is very much mixing the personal side of an independent agent with the challenges of new technology and regulation. He is especially proud of completing the stringent ARLA Level 3 exams in 2018. He is passionate about motor racing and lately has a fascination with jigsaw puzzles and bike riding when his daughter allows of course.

Sue Weaver

Sue is a very experienced estate agent and has been helping many people move into their dream homes for over 30 years. She is well known within the industry locally with a great reputation with her clients. She definitely works hard and plays hard and socialises more than all the staff put together. She is also a slimming world consultant, so she helps people move house and lose weight – two life-changing events.

Ian Kendrick

The “other” Ian has been in the industry all his life working up from trainee to valuer over the years learning a lot as he went along. He says his most satisfying achievement would be sticking with a challenging job/career through a lot of adversity. He also owns the match ball from the WBA great escape game v Portsmouth 2005 signed by the players from that squad.

Rebekah Scrocca

Beks is one of our longest-serving employees and has had a diverse working life from working as the front of house theatre assistant for Birmingham Hippodrome to spending a year working with Special Educational Needs Children where she built up long-standing friendships. She is a massive Batman fanatic and collector and likes drawing and sketching using her digital art apps.

Mark Levy

Mark is a true property enthusiast from a work and personal perspective. From working in the industry in Wales and now Birmingham, to being a property investor himself. This methodical professional can be found in his spare time underneath the shell of a VW camper and has the achievement of restoring a classic VW Beatle.

Nathan Walton

In 2020 Nathan wanted to change career path and we were only too happy to help focus his enthusiasm for being an estate agent with the goal of achieving his Propertymark qualifications. In the past he has coached disadvantaged children in Poland and strange fact time – he is practically half metal, well his leg is.
